Witch Hunter Robin is centered on a secret global syndicate of trained seeks after people with latent genetic potential for 'craft' or magic. Since this usually manifests alongside homicidal rage its necessary to track down these 'witches' and detain them with the use of special bullets treated with Orbo; a green chemical which negates witch powers. The newest member of this organization is herself a craft user, Robin, trained by the Catholic Church to control her abilities and hunt her own kind.
But what does the organization do with the captured witches after they're detained?
